LoL' WuT? Rep: 47  Joined: 26 Mar 2007 Posts: 20,303 | its not often a game comes around like LBP...its almost the make or break for the ps3...its going to have 50 levels already made up...and then you can make as many levels as you want...
the user data base will be huge...probably bigger then halo 3...not at first but in the end i see this being one huge online game...really you have to see it to believe it that’s what i always say.

Gears 2 brings nothing new too the table, atleast with 'Resistance 2' ya get 60 player online & 8 player co-op.

Black Hawk Down on the Original Xbox had 50+ player online support and Turok had 8 player Co-op, GRAW 1 and 2 had 16 player co-op, Halo 3 had 4 player co-op and resistances is nothing more than the adding 4 extra people to that. (new to the table my ass)
Where as Gears of war, brings a totally interactive setting and of course the single most innovative thing in the past eleventy billion years:
Wheres Resistance 2’s chainsaw gun, curbstomping, body shielding and destructible maddness?
Nothing new my ass, Resistance is just another run of the mil FPS like Halo, Turok, dark sector etc etc except this one gets more hype than the others.
obviously it’ll be better than some of those but saying it brings new shit is BS...
