Wow. Microsoft just got OWNED!!! Seriously, Italy is a BIG DEAL when it comes to sales.
Holy crap us Xbots should be ashamed! What a defeat!
Sony has won the console war. ROFL
LMAO buddy you can’t be serious, 360 gets pwned month after month in EU and Japan and in NA it’s about the same. It’s not even in quetsion that PS3 will sell more than 360 and it all depends from the Wii if Sony wins the war or not.

East Texas based Anascape Ltd. is on the receiving end of a $21 million payday, as Nintendo of America was ordered to pay the company by a federal jury today on the grounds of patent infringement.
The original lawsuit, filed in 2006, stated that Nintendo infringed on the company’s patent during the designs of the Wii Classic, Wavebird and Gamecube controllers.
“Analysts are relatively unmoved by Microsoft’s 10 million-unit Xbox 360 milestone, with one calling the company’s recent announcement 'a last-chance chest-pounding moment'.
He added, '...We do not expect Sony or Nintendo will announce defeat this week, in the drama wake caused from Xbox 360 domestic units sales crossing an arbitrary line in the sand.
'It’s unclear to us if Microsoft considers the Wii console from Nintendo to be a competitive product, but we expect the Wii’s installed base will likely eclipse the Xbox 360’s installed base in CY08, and eventually win the console war by a wide margin”.

MS are getting so desperate. lol

The timing and wording of this announcement is rather suspect, as it’s hard to believe that Microsoft assumed the press would take these statements at face value. The Xbox 360 is certainly doing well in sales in the US market, but leaving the Wii out of the company’s calculations smacks of arrogance; sales of the Wii are simply past the point where they can be safely ignored.
