Another problem is if it barely shakes like if somebody walks past the entertainment center and accidentally bumps in to it the disc can move and get scratched when the system is on.
The chrome finish is obviously fake and very ugly. It looks like a plastic toy.
Only 2 usb ports. Big problem.
And every version is just plain loud compared to the Wii and PS3. When I watched movies on it added its own sound effects.
Haha, unless you have a two year old model you can not hear it from sitting on your couch.
You should really have inspected your 360 closer, their are 3 USB ports, two in the front, one in the back, as well as multitaps which can turn it to like, 8 USb ports.
And wow, something rotating and balancing a disc will set it off balance when shaken and scratch it on the drive laser... so why not turn it off and move it?
I’m not deaf. I can hear it.
Sure if your looking for problems and not paying attention to the movie...
One in the back. That’s retarded.
No matter what PS3 wins here. 4 in the front as well as other ports and it can use multitap. lol
All those useless USb ports... jacks up the price on the main system, I don’t even use a single one on my 360, luckily there aren’t like, 30 so it didn’t cost another 200+ for something I don’t use.
The Wii and PS3 doesn’t have that problem and where am I going to move it? On the ground? That’s stupid. I want it on my entertainment center.
PS3 uses Blu ray, which is far more durable then a DVD, it probably happens, just not really noticeable/ doesn’t damage it.
I forgot to say no built in wifi. Boooo!
Why pay another like 50$ on the systems total price when i’d rather have a superior and faster direct connection instead of a shitty wireless convenient one
^^^
I am watching a movie. That is how I notice the noise.
4 is standard. Even the cheap Wii had 4 ports for its GC controllers.
The Wii doesn’t use blu-ray. The PS2, GC, and xbox didn’t have those issues and they didn’t use blu-ray either.
That brings up another point. No blu-ray and it’s set in stone that blu-ray is the next step for movies.
My PS3 doesn’t lag with a wifi connection and I can move it anywhere in the house I want. Sorry your connection sucks.
Lies.
It ain’t lies. You’re living in the stone age.
Of course it works fine but a direct connection is far better.

Um, Microsoft wouldn’t be the main sufferer, Toshiba would be.
Also, what’s with the $? Is it the fact that Microsoft is wealthier, bigger, more widespread, and just plain more successful than Sony so it has more moolah?
Your missing my point. Microsoft was the ones that will have took another huge loss when making the 360’s HD DVD addon. It’s selling at retail for $5 now, which originally sold for $150+.

even then it’s a smaller loss then what sony is getting with every ps3 sold.

wrong, ps3 costs are down atleast 50%. ps3 costs sony $400 too make, which it used too cost $800. so sony is actually making $$$ depending on ps3 model. in US ps3’s retail at $399-$499. also factor in euro priced ps3, which retails at a higher price than in the US.

Likewise dumdshits at Microsoft should take lessons on how too design & make reliable hardware from Sony or Nintendo.

Nope, Sony have got up and running a comparable online service too XLive in only a couple of years. I’d say thats progress. PS3 gets better with every FW update. Best of all it’s a free online service.
