Tommy Vercetti can beat the black out of Carl Johnson, and in a fair fight without weaopons or armor, Vercetti would win hands down. But even if MC has his shields and stuff, if Vercetti gets his hands on an RPG or a Mini Gun, then master chief is dead.
THe chief would win easy.
Even if he took of his armour to fight he is still a super human, the only way tommy has a chance is if he can get a nuke and drop it on MC’s head.
Unless this was a contest of sheer badassery(So what if it’s not a real word, leave me alone), Chief would win. Tommy is completely human, even if he does define the word badass, because he has one of the best video game personalities of all time, no question about it.
