it has been a while since i have seen an african american without any color in their hair, and relaxed hair. there is even a black boy in my school which straightenned his hair. i beleive that everyone should stick to their roots...black people hair is not bad looking at all, so why alter it?

excuse me, I dont appreciate this discussion. I worked in a beauty supply store and white people straighten their hair and color their hair just as much as blk people. So why are you trying to look like something your not.. you use flat irons, curly perms, asian straightners half of you guys dye your hair blonde, so dont focus on us, do you!! Do we say, why are you stealing our culture when we see you walking around with braids, and plaits in your hair.. So, it goes both ways... We are not changing anything, we are enhancing.. Why are you guys trying to be blk we your tans? I am light brown, and i saw a white person that looked darker than me, because she had a deep tan.. THink about it,
