Aright guys im like new at this thing so here’s my 2 cents... i may not much about sam fisher but alot of you people are forgetting alot of stuff about snake.... many of says that snake is only good with weapons and jungle stats and that during urban and close qourter combat snake would loose the fight.... i laugh at all of your FACE! If you guys would actully take the time to listen to the story of all Metal Gears snake would OWN ont only own Fisher will Bow down to snake. And i know Fisher fans may hate me but here’s some info on Solid/Nake Snake. Snake was trained to fight in all different terrains and combat situations. Long rang, Mid Range and CQC.... You all forget that snake owns and he is a S-rank on Cqc he doesnt need a gun to win a war. With or without his “camo suit” snake was trained to end a WAR take out all that started it. He was trained to aim with a steady hand, take out bullets and heal his own wounds, control his stress level and best of all attack an enemy head on without having to relay upon the showdow to covor his aproach towards his target. And yes he is a weapon expert because he can dismantal a gun in at proxmatly 3 moves and can reload without wasting any unused bullets of that gun becasue he can feel the weight chang of the gun chang with every bullet that was fired. So Far all i know is that Fisher could attack head on and his head shots sucks!!!! that is all Laterz

snake stronger has bazillion gadgets, Sam’s a regular guy, cool but regular. Even fagboy Raiden has powes he doesn’t.

Metal Gear is the grandfather of all stealth action games,Splinter Cell was just another rip off from the original Metal Gear Solid.Look at which game came first and had immediate sucess.

Aside that, Snake has a longer life then Sam.Sam takes 2 hits and he tumbles on the other hand,Snake can stand barrages of RPG/nuclear assault from a bipedal walking tank.Solid Snake is no ordinary human being to begin with,hes a clone of a superior soldier.But Solid is better because every genetic code in his body was programmed to kill and be efficient in it.

Sam Fisher is already old when Solid Snake was still in his prime.In MGS4 where Snake is old, Fisher should already dead by then or an old man on his deathbed.So Snake wins.Lucky for Sam,or Snake woulda whoop him anyway

dude do you guys know how stupid you sound? you keep saying that snake would only win if he was out in the open or in broad daylight but it seems you guys know nothing about snake. You lack the common sense to be aware about snakes soldier sense’s, you cant sneak up on snake no matter what you do plus he also has his AP (anti personel) detector which keeps him informed if an enemy is close by with beeps in certain intervals.

Snake is also 10 times better at sneaking then sam and is a master of CQC. If Sam somehow managed to sneak up on snake, he would instantly react to the slight fibers touching his body and apply a counter attack before sam is even aware of whats going on.

Snake wins this due to the nature of his character/game. Metal Gear is much more fantastical/fictional compared to the Splinter Cell games. Anti-personal detectors? Vampire men? Half-cyborg ninjas? In splinter cell, you basically sneak around spying and collecting data. In Metal Gear, you face giant robots. Yeah, this goes to Snake. I prefer Fisher, though.

*A James Bond vs Snake would make more sense, considering they’re similar in terms of style and level of fantasy.

Lets not forget MGS was ment to be a steralth game but lets the player play how they. want snake would just do some CQC and then shoot sam whilst he is on the ground
