what,do you think you’re alive because you want to be?Your body needs energy,energy comes from oxygen,you get oxygen from inhaling,which takes energy,blood flows through the lungs collects oxygen from there,and delivers it to the rest of your body,which is why you live,interesting isn’t it?

actually energy comes from Glucose and oxygen reacting together to form energy or when u run out of oxygen u preform fermentation which doesnt need oxygen but prevides far less energy which is wh ur muscles start to hurt when u run for a long time
