No. Because their combat squad’s size in every situation is insignificant to the threat of Samus, you can safely assume that they either
a) Are not smart enough to consider Samus a serious threat,
b) Do not have the tactical skill and speed to deploy enough force to Samus' location
c) Simply do have very large fleet sizes or concentration.

What would happen if Samus were to rebel against the GF? Are the Pirates more of a threat than Samus herself? ---
