I have both Xbox and PS2 and I really dont see why people whine so much... especially about PS3 and X360.

They will both be almost the same, although im loosing faith in PS3 as they have done some bad choices eg...

The Cell processor.. if you dont know Apple recently left IBM (makers of both Cell and PowerPC (x360 chip)) and Apple said how dissappointed they were with the Cell and how the PowerPC is superior.

Blu-Ray.. Yes its a good idea, faster loading times etc, however its a new thing, I dont know any PC’s with blu ray or anything like that, games devolpers will have to work harder because its a new format.. I personally think they are taking a risk.. may pay off.. but I think they should have let Blu Ray go through PCs and become more popular.. and to be honest DVDs are good enough right now, I dont know any game on 2 dvds do you?

But aside from those both consoles will be good no doubt about it, I loved Xbox Live and xbox way my personal favourite as it has better first person shooters and online, which are my preference.

But NEITHER will be shit, and anyone who says so is just narrowminded and stupid in my opinion.

Well said Abwodon. You made some good points, similar to what I’ve been trying to explain to people on these forums before. Oh by the way, anyone thinking of getting Xbox Live, do you realize it only costs £40 a year? Obviosly you need broadband, but you can get a decent broadband service for as little as £17 a month, so who can’t afford that? Xbox Live rules. It revolutionizes online gaming, so just give it a try.
