This was made with sumo. But it did mess up on me several times, so there’s things that I got stuck with that I wish I could change (short of starting all over).

If you think it could fall under the theme “Asia” then yes, you can enter it.
As long as it was made by you and you haven’t entered it before.
Most members to take into account the theme of the competition when voting; so you may want to change it if you don’t think it fits very well.

You could alter the photo in a few though ways and turn it into a sig of your own.
