Well since Cid is banned this week because he wanted to, it looks like im the only one to stand up and make this voting topic... so lets get voting...

One vote per person, not per however many accounts you have.

Just make the border the size you want it, and then duplicate it 4 times. And make it really long so its big enough for all the sides....because even if its too big, no one is going to see it.

easier way would be to make a new layer, select all, go to edit>stroke and add a border that way.
