SOTW Theme Suggestions and Voting

Welcome to the Theme Suggestions and Voting Thread!

***This thread is for voting, please PM your suggestions to me***


Don’t ask me any questions until you’ve read the following!:

Voting:
Before each new SOTW, 5 themes will be posted here, and you will vote for 1 of them.
Majority rules, tie breakers are decided by Treenymph or someone in their stead (appointed).

The exception for this is the frequent Free Choice themes, or any other special themes. Those will be posted, but no voting.

Things you should know about theme suggestions:
1) ALL theme suggestions are taken into consideration.
2) Not all themes are appropriate for SOTW, I may choose not to use yours but most often I will re-word your theme to better fit SOTW functionality.
3) If your theme is not chosen don’t worry! I have a long list of themes which I will rotate through. Your theme will come up again.
4) If you bug me too often for your theme...I’ll delete it from the list!

Note about themes:
Themes are by and large left up to interpretation. They are meant as a guide to hopefully spark some creativity in our SOTW makers. If the themes don’t interest you, submit your own! The purpose behind this thread is to give members the opportunity to be engaged in the SOTW so that they want to participate!
Also, it’s policy to avoid repeating themes, though there are exceptions (Free Choice obviously being one of them).

I propose SPORT as a theme for next week.

I also propose WOMEN and FITNESS for themes too

Sports is already on the list
Fitness I may not add (so close to sports), and “women” I’ll adjust to “people”.

You’ve already suggested electronics as a theme. There is absolutely no reason to mention it again.
Next time I’ll make it more clear when voting for themes is over. I do adjust the first post...so check there first.

As for this weeks theme.....

Its a really tough choice.

The quirky part of me wants unlucky.

The romantic part of me wants love...

But my head says BEAUTY.

I will say Beauty, simply for its easyness and scope as a theme.

*the sig can be about anything you want as long as the most prominent colour is green


The themes are influenced by St. Patrick’s day coming up, but you could take any one of those themes and make it as unrelated to St. Patrick’s day as you’d like! Or, make a sig about a little leprechaun holding and four leaf clover and drinking beer (hurrah for Irish stereotypes!)!
