Now I know this is a bit early as voting hasn’t finished for SOTW#6 but I am posting this now as I am going to be busy for the rest of the day MVC time and for a fair percentage of the day after.
Now as the title says...THE THEME IS HALLOWEEN!
THEME: HALLOWEEN!
TINE FRAME: 4 days to make it and 3 days for voting.
SIZE: up to 500x300.
Voting starts in 4 days.
So end date for entries is midnight Thursday 25th.
Voting goes from 1 minute past midnight Thursday till midnight Sunday 28th.
Just thought of something a little odd about this. FW - so you’re saying for people to PM you the image code in the subject, and that you’re not going to open the PM. So then I assume you will be copying and pasting the code into a post somewhere. But the entrants are still PMing you individually so when you go to copy the code you’ll still know who sent it.
I personally don’t care if entries are anonymous or not. Just pointing out that if you want to make them so, the proposed method still doesn’t make them truly anonymous. You’d almost have to get an outside party (i.e. someone who doesn’t participate in the contest or vote for signatures).

My vote is never swayed by a members popularity, rather by the artistic style, creativeness and originality of the entry.
Having said that, this was not my idea, but it was proposed that I handle it as I make the voting threads and I wold be honest and not cheat or abuse any information sent to me via PM.
There was no other secure way of doing it without possible liability.
FW, with your permission... can I just post mine here? I’m gonna put it in my signature anyways. So what would be the point of trying to keep it secret?
