Every single series is pretty much the same plot but with a different head villain who nobody can beat. That’s all that happens, some new enemy comes along and starts killing people until a fight gets organized and then it takes about 100 episodes of fighting to actually kill the fucker, most of which is just Goku standing there explaining what his next move is going to do and having Piccolo or somebody else repeat it ten times before he just stands there huffing and groaning like he’s taking a basketball sized shit for 20 minutes.
Then after he uses it, there’s a few episodes of repeated frame punching and shooting laser beams, the bad guy dies and all the good guys who died get wished back to life. It’s the same until some new bad guy comes along. Stop watching it.
100 episode of fighting?Goku Vs. Freiza was 12 episode’s.
Look up the word satire. Also if you actually bothered to look up how many episodes Goku fought Frieza then what the fuck is wrong with you?

Bleach and Naruto are the same way. Most shows geared towards young children like that are made that way because the driving point are the characters themselves. The audience just wants to see more situations involving their favorite characters that shows off their powers.
They are repetitive shows that continue because of the main goal of money. At least they are fun to watch because it is just crazy action, but they do lack fulfillment, I do admit. Granted, back when I watched it, the standards for those shows were lower, and it reflected upon it with variable animation and sometimes bad art. I was also younger, and didn’t care. Going back, I still enjoy the show for nostalgia’s sake, and I see all of what I enjoyed and what was good about it.
I think all battle based shonen animes are pieces of shit (shoujo anime is even worse ). And I don’t care if kids like it, kids are annoying little pieces of shit with no taste in anything, ever. The fact that these shows have so many older fans is what annoys me.
I’d be willing to say Naruto is even worse than Dragonball Z. Naruto is annoying as fuck, in animes like Fullmetal Alchemist and Death Note the characters grow and develop, in Naruto after so many episodes he still remains the same stupid dipshit he always was, just like Goku. Although Naruto does have more variety in it’s episodes than Dragonball Z
1) “We must kill the bad guy”
2) “Oh yeah and this is how this person became a ninja”
3) “Miscellaneous filler”

Aside from obsessive people, adults enjoy it because they’re fun. Just fun. I mean, it doesn’t mean you will have fun watching it, but they’re fun. A nice way to lay back and watch a show. Of course, there is some ridiculous bullshit that goes in the shows that makes them annoying.

And why would you watch shoujo? Fag.
Cause the girls on Raki Suta are hot ZOMG JK PLZ DONT BAN
Well I grew up on DBZ and I’m still a fan of it so I can’t say it’s the worst anime ever. Of course it’s not the best either.
But I do kind of get your point. The plot is kind of get a bit too predictable and there’s really not much character development nor is there much differences in the abilities (everyone pretty much got the same kind of attacks). But as pointed out, the action is where it’s really at. When they’re fighting, it’s usually pretty constant. They may stop and power up for a while but as the fight starts back, there’s almost stopping and that can pretty entertaining.

Finally I found someone who feels the same way about DBZ. The worse thing about DBZ is the flash backs that takes just as long as the explanation and powering up scenes.

But its all worth it to see characters kick the shit out of each other.Come on who does not like seeing people beating the shit out of each other?
To be honest, GT wasn’t a filler. >.>
But whatever, whoever makes “anime” should stray away from the same old “Shinigami” “Shinobi” bull shit.

GT was just a series which wasn’t created by Akira Toriyama. It was his canceled project anyways. that explains why the music sucks, the designs sucks, everything sucks.

RUMOR: Akira Toriyama had nothing to do with filler.
STATUS: False (and there are some interesting things, here!)
EXPLANATION: A common fan tactic in arguments is to dismiss things one does not like, does not agree with, or one feels does not belong (in general) by saying “Well, the author had nothing to do with that!" In the past, we have been able to confirm Toriyama’s initial involvement in DragonBall GT via his early character and landscape designs in the daizenshuu and DBGT Perfect File books. Daizenshuu 6 (“MOVIES & TV SPECIALS”, in particular, showcases Toriyama’s character designs for the likes of Coola (and his henchmen), movie 7’s jinzôningen, Broli, Bojack, etc.
What about the general filler material in the TV show? It can be contradictory, and typically has less-than-stellar attempts at storytelling. Toriyama had nothing to do with any of that, right...? Not quite.
It is certainly not the case that Toriyama wrote and “drew” every single episode in the TV series, but the recent anime guide Son Gokû Densetsu finally gives us a little glimpse into the clearly-overworked man’s involvement in the TV series.
There were many character designs Toriyama came up with for filler material, including Paikuhan, Dai-Kaiô, and the beginnings of King Vegeta. We also learn that for many story points, Toriyama would typically come up with a vague idea and leave a memo for the TV series staff to, essentially, go wild with and develop a full story from said idea. Some of these items included the back-history of the Saiyans and the Tsufurus for DBZ episode 20, the Z-Senshi’s training with the “Ancient” Saiyans via Kami’s Palace, and Lunch’s persistent chasing of Tenshinhan. Even Yamcha’s job as a baseball player was Toriyama’s idea!
Also remember cases such as Bardock, who was essentially a joint-collaboration between Akira Toriyama and Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru. In fact, Toriyama liked the idea so much, he ended up integrating it into his own canon storyline in the manga. For more information on this joint-collaboration,
Although I also hate Pan.

well then i am dissappointed at Akira if he is involve in making GT... the part where Goku transforms into super saiyan 4 and the fighting scenes are cool but the plot sucks...
