Was Avatar 'wasted' on Nickelodeon?

After just watching the crocodile arc, i now see this is true, and hadn’t thought of it till a few days ago.

It makes sense. Having a ELEMENTAL POWER and being able to control fire or sand or air r electricity compared to turning into a animal? or stretching or seperating?

Pink guys who are really hard to kill who fly around in space, hop dimensions, throw planet busters with a 5 second charge, and can turn ANYTHING into chocolate?

Overall,Avatar wasn’t that good,I did not like any of the characters,except probably Toph(Did I spell that right?).I watched a couple episodes randomly,it never caught My interest.I only watched it when there was nothing to do.
