Next to the miraculous low-end numbers for Gotenks feat... Goku was near that number during the Vegeta saga.

Half a mile is 2640 ft or 804 meters. Ichigo traveled the distance before anybody noticed his movements. (blink of an eye)

That gives him an amazing speed of 5360 meters per second OR 11,989 Miles per hour.

We did extensive calculations on Gotenk’s circling of the globe in the manga and got about 20,000 mph. Can’t deny the math. Well, actually you can. But you’d end up looking stupid like Kal.

Typical human reaction speed is about 180 milliseconds. Ichigo moves too quickly for them to react, which means he’s moving faster then their reaction speeds.

Of course, the calculation is still a bit off. The distance is likely greater then half a mile and Soul Reapers are trained warriors so their reaction speed is going to be faster then normal. But it’s as close as I’m going to get.
