Uryu stated that the structures in Huceo Mundo resembled Quartz.

He also stated that Los Noches were similar to the trees in the desert.

This.
And what does One Piece have to do with this?

Lionfranky wanks one piece, he likes to use the gold ball feat a lot, that is why he brought the weight thing up.
I’ll see if I can find that scan, he might not have said it.
In any retrospect that was a huge slab
Anyway by looking at the slab and comparing it to Kenpachi, who is 6’6” in the BLEACH data book, it looks to be a little over two Kenpachi long and the same in with which puts it at a 13X13 that is most likely wrong due to the angel we see it at, it’s probably a lot larger, in the second scan you can see that it’s about 3 Zaraki in thickness which gives us 19 and a half feet, I’ll round down to 19
so 19X13X13=3211 in cubed feet
Now Quartz weighs 165 pounds per cubic foot which gives us 529815 lbs or 264 tons
Now it could also be limestone which is 163 lbs a cubed foot that gives us 523393 lbs or 261 tons

I don’t see what the golden ball thing has to do with what I posted.

You asked what one piece had to do with it and I answered.

And you don’t wank Bleach? Hell I already admitted my fanboyism(Although I tend to concede when my side loses) And Kenpachi didn’t lift the thing up. Big difference.
I use to fanwank Bleach himself.

Fixing some grammar issue. Not trying to nitpick, but some obvious mistake needs to be fixed.

[url]First of all, he just assumes the thing is 2000 feet tall, and also assumes it’s made out of quartz (the “plants” in Hueco Mundo are made out of a “quartz-like” substance, no idea what the pillars are made out of). He confuses square for cubic and uses a sphere for something which is shaped nothing like a sphere at all, then suddenly jumps from 10,000 to 120,000 with no reasoning to back it up.
Really, you shouldn’t even have to ask a question like this. Just because someone uses numbers doesn’t mean they should be given attention.

For Kenpachi feat. This guy destroyed the calculation. At least, One Piece has something to calculate on.

Your saying I messed up the calcs. Funny that is how the calcs work.

The only problem with the calculations are that they may not apply. Your calcualtions are correct, but the author may not have intended such, Though even saying that it is 164 tons is still pretty damn impressive to cut through. It is defently in the hundreds of tons range, but you should have a minumun number it could be(Being extremly nice) and a calculated number(Which you did) that way it gives a window.
Note: authors don’t usually think of how much something weighs per cubic foot or whatever, and stuff like that.
@LionFranky:Cutting through something and lifting it, you have to overcome the weight and the mass itself of the object regardless. The fact is he DID cut through hundreds of tons of limestone, or quartz or whatever it was. That doesn’t make it any less impressive really.

I understand that, I was just asking Franky how my calculations could be wrong when he endorses the Gold ball feat for Luffy lol
It’s true the Tite probably didn’t go for the whole calculation thing calculation.
To find out a minimum, I would have to calculate the equation with lightest rock that can be use to build things which appears to be brick which is 120 lbs a cubic foot so that is 385320 or 192 tons, although brick can’t support a structure that tall, so a minimum is 192 tons
