Probably movie Goku > Anime Goku >>>>> Manga Goku.
Kid Buu apparently blew up a galaxy in the anime (I think there’s some strange things about that feat, but it still makes them seem more powerful), and Mystic Super Buu was close to destroying the universe by breaking dimensional barriers. Add more filler, such as Vegeta effortlessly taking care of Arlia with a small blast from his finger and anime clearly inflates the feats of the manga.
The reason I say movie Goku is slightly more powerful is that two of the movies (I think) took place after Buu and showed him in SSJ3. He also bested a monster Gohan couldn’t beat by using that new Super Dragon Fist move, which instantly annihilated Hildegarn. The movie Goku also seems more powerful cause of the running time, so the enemies get defeated quite quickly even when they’re more powerful than enemies in the series.
Manga Goku lacks some of the feats (or lack some of the enemies feats that make him look stronger more like), so that depiction is the weakest. He’s a multi-planet destroyer, not a galaxy/universe buster in the manga. Kid Buu only destroyed hundreds of planets, not a galaxy in the manga.
I would say Anime would pawn Manga goku and the Movie Goku is perrty much even. Manga just hasn’t fought as many enemies as Anime and movie Gokus strong and all but if youv noticed in alot of the movies he gets pawned through have of the movie example Broldy the legendary super sayian Brodly just pinballs him across the darn planet basically until he gains just a little more energy he does one big punch and defeats him. But in the show hes even with all his enemies he faced you know.

Movie Goku is the strongest, he defeated opponents with stronger feats Broly, Hirudegarn, Janemba.
But if you add GT as anime, then logically that’s the strongest, SSJ4 Goku.
Technically there is a GT movie, and logically he should be just as strong if not stronger, since it is after the 100 years of training. It’s the Goku jr movie btw.

Damn, ur right, I think I saw that one too. Is that the one where he is encouraging Goku Jr.? If that was a movie, then yeah, movie Goku is the strongest.

But it seems proportionaly movies are stronger than anime. Why? well this is how I see it:
In anime Buu was said to be so strong that he destroyed galaxies... ( do not forget buu is the most powerfull Villain)
But in the movie “The legnedary super saiyan” Broly who is weaker than majin buu, destroyed an entire Galaxy. But Broly was not the strongest movie enemy. We also have guys like Janemba and Hirudegarn. So if Broly could destroy a Galaxy then proportionaly Janemba or Hirudegarn who are stronger should even be multigalaxy busters.
Well the idea is that the anime suuuuper power ups the manga and the movies power up the anime.
So you could say
MOvie goku >dbz anime goku>>>>>>>>>>>>>manga goku. ( And of course we can not forget the movie Goku of 100 years later )
Movie Goku without a doubt Toie alway’s over hyped his power, beating Heidrigarn when Gotenk’s and Gohan got bitch slapped...wtf?
