Hades is universal in endurance and power. And he even control 3 universe at once. He can manipulate atoms on a universal level and create planets, stars and lifeforms with their own cosmo, galaxies and even universe. He is very fast not to mention that he is not wearing his gold cloth.

The regen is a problem too. It would take Hild or some universal power for this fight.

Sorry but even if Hades destroyed or created universes
There is no way he can win against the Antispirals and less if we are talking about the Antispirals of the second movie.

The size of the Antispiral makes them casual universe busters.... Using a powerful attack could probably destroy multiverses in one shot.

Antispirals even have the power to create a copy of Hades.

Also, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann can tank big bang. Super TTGL is way larger than TTGL(So durability goes much higher.)
So that speaks volume for movie Anti Spiral.

STTGL is said to be 2.5 size the universe because TTGL is 1/8th of universe according to official databook.

He is pretty damn big...

I dunno... if he can go at that size then his power probably 10 - 100x than his size...
