Its not, this is just a list of different buster levels, it has nothing to do with tiers

I just thought it would be useful to have a list of all the existing buster levels with guidlines of how top classify people in them just in case.

Yeah, last time I checked.

Broly didn’t destroy the galaxy. He destroyed most of it. The feat is overrated. There were still stars and planets intact when Goku traveled to the South Galaxy.
