I’m not familiar with Hitsugaya, or Bleach. What can he do?

He can freeze stuff but he has no special speed or strength feats.

Well, I watched a couple videos for Hitsugaya, and I didn’t see anything too impressive. He probably could beat Aang without the Avatar State, and would give Avatar State Aang a good fight. But it appears that Hitsugaya is limited to ice-based attacks, which Aang can dispel and melt with waterbending and firebending. Aang should be able to win.

Well, Aang can bend water(ice in turn), fire, earth and air. I don’t see Toshiro winning.
