Batman vs Magneto

The setting is like this.

Magneto decided to use Gotham city as his mutant army base. Batman is aided by Robin and other brains. (I forgot the name sorry.) He was warned about Magneto’s invasion, so he has three weeks for prep.

If Batman has prep, it could be over for Magneto. Unless Magneto nails his ass before the prep.

Frankly, prep time isn’t something that ultimately change reality like Batzombies describe. I am just sick of every Batfanboys think that he can beat anyone. Magneto is also smart, and great tactician. Magneto owned and released Avengers under agreement that they would not chase him anymore. Ironman prepared for Magneto and made demagnetized suit, yet he was owned.
Unless, Batman takes out all metal from his city, or change human body function, he is dead.
