Okay, Well Maybe if Knuckles does a lot of Strategic thinking into avoiding Bomberman’s attacks and damaging him enough.
Wait, Also forgot:
Fire Shield(Sonic and Knuckles) avoids flame type bombs.
Thunder Shield avoids maybe the lightning bombs?
Water shield avoids the small ones like salt, and poison.

Still thinking about the Black hole one...

Those energy shields are only good for one use if attacked with something they weren’t made to protect against though.

I know BM has other weapons, but at least with these lying around, he can avoid those things with it. The Flame shield Absorbs fire attacks,
and the water shield gives him infinite air and bounces back projectiles. The green one dies in one hit, and the electric and fire one dies in water.
