Jet Li would NOT beat Steven Seagal. Seagal is like a 6th degree black belt in Aikido i think. Jet Li is more show.

Seagal would break his arm, and Chuck Norris and especially Jackie Chan, who again is more show.

Bruce Lee???? I’d give it to Lee.

Too bad you guys didn’t put Gordon Liu in this thread. I think he was the best ever.

YES HE WOULD! Jet-Li would beat Seagal!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what if Steven Seagal is a 6th degree in Akido (whatever the hell it’s spelt)? That’s the only form of fighting he knows, big deal!!!!

Jet-Li knows more martial arts than that and has fought in tournaments (at the age of 16) taking out adults with KO!!! And what about Seagal? He has never even participated in tournements, just like Jackie Chan.

And by the way my friend, Steven Seagal does not fight like that in real life as he does in movies.
He is obviously “powered up” and his only form of fighting is:

break hand (left), break hand (right), break hand (up), break hand (down).......wow

And lastly, who the hell Gordon Liu anyway?!!!!!!!

Dude, Jet Li is “SHOW” lol
No offense, but he wouldn’t last 30 seconds against Seagal.
And who is Gordon Liu? Are you serious? Check out some of his movies. He made the best kung fu movies ever! To name a few:

Shaolin Master Killer
Instructors of Death
Fists of the White Lotus
Shaolin vs Wutang

Never heard of them, sounds like b-grade movies from Eastern Asia to me.

As for Jet-Li and Steven Seagal. Look, I know most
of Jet-Li’s movies are for show because he uses too much special effects (especially the American ones he stars in). But Seagal himself is no different, you can’t seriously think that he can fight like that as he does in his movies. It’s obvious he is “powered-up”, he just happens to be a 7th degree (mind the 6th I said earlier) in Akido and that’s it.

Even though Jet-Li doesn’t do Akido, he knows more
martial arts than Seagal and has entered tournaments at the age of 16!!!!!! He has beaton alot of other martial artists who were much older than him, the list in wikipedia is endless. It’s said that Jet-Li is a highly respected martial artist because of his martial arts and the record he has held for knocking other karatists (ha ha) with KOs!!!

And he is not the only one, the likes of Bruce Lee
and Chuck Norris have also entered in tournaments with breath taking records. And Seagal? He has never been in a tournament, he is basically like Jackie Chan who himself has never been in a tournament. Rather at least put Steven Seagal against Chuck Norris, but rather again how since Seagal is fighting a 7 time karate champion.

Well rather put Steven Seagal against Chuck Norris, that’s how I’d like the match.

Still, that would be putting Seagal (someone who has never even been in a tournament) against someone who has been in a tournament (which in this case would be no other than Chuck Norris)

Hey Ryo, ever heard of a film starring Jet Li titled My Father Is A Hero?

That film with that little annoying kid, yeah I remember it. What about it?

Oh...yeah, Ryo. Now, as I was saying before I was 'rudely' interrupted. Look at the film of Jet-Li titled My Father is a Hero

You’ll notice that in the begining of the film, there is a tournament where it shows two kids fighting (now, one of the kids happen to be Jet-Li’s nephew). Before I go, do you remember that scene in the begining of the film.

Exactly, except that it was more real for Jet-Li,
the tournaments Jet (cool name for a Chinese guy) participated prove it all.

Chuck Norris would fart. Bruce Lee would cough.
Every1 else would immediatly die, from awesomness O.D.
While Bruce Lee tries to get that piece of Chicken Fried Rice out of his teeth, Chuck Norris Round-House Kicks Him so hard that he lands next to Mr. T, who then proceeds to give Mr. Lee a beat down.

Btw, Mr. T should be added, as should Vin Diesel.

Ha ha ha, cool senario. One problem though, Mr.T and Vin Diesel don’t have martial arts...China

Bruce Lee, those other guys are all just actors. If Lee was alive all those Chuck Norris quotes would be replaced with Bruce Lee.

I dunno who wins, but some people seem to have the facts mixed up. THE ONLY person out of all of these people who have been in a tournament is Chuck Norris, who held a championship title for 6 years undefeated. Jet-li has been in wushu competitions, but those aren’t contact tournaments.

So, based on real-life fighting experience, it is more in favor of Chuck Norris. Bruce Lee had a crazy physique, and powerful moves, but once again, never entered a tournament. It’s hard to decide, it’s all speculation. So i say , they would all kick our asses, so it doesn’t matter grin
