Lol. That is what I said bro. Van Damme is about the only guy who actually challenged Steven Seagal straight up(a party Stallone had) and Seagal actually backed down. As Stallone put it, “Van Damme was way too powerful. Steven didn’t want anything to do with him.“

Duh!!!! Dude, I know what you said, that’s why I asked. Hello

Stallone? Bro, are you kiddin me? He is just a guy
who is big and has mussles, that’s it. Van Damme would make mince meat of him, rather put Stallone against other famous Hollywood action superstars who don’t have karate or martial arts like Arnold or Bruce Willis.

ha ha, nice one Andy

Dude!!! What do you mean you are wondering how old
Jet-Li’s opponents are?!!! They were adults!!!!!!!
And Li was kicking the shit out of them!!!!

Yeah, Jet-Li is impressive, considering the fact that he took down guys much older than him and the
fact that he was champion at the age of 16.

But heres another factor, Jean-Claude Van Damme also has a very impressive “CV” (lol) when it comes to his fighting records. Unlike Jet-li though who participated in competitions, Van Damme
(like Chuck Norris) participated in tournaments and he has a very high record of KOs. Not to mention, he was 18 years old at the time.

Yeah, I’ve heard stories about that and wow, at the age of 18. That makes him 2 years older than Jet-Li back at the time....

A ha ha ha, your a funny one Andy but here is something I took down from Wikipedia. It’s Van Damme’s early life before he went into the movie business, it will blow you away!!!

JEAN CLAUDE VAN DAMME
Agathe (Brussels), Belgium, the son of Eliana and Eugène Van Vaerenbergh, who was an accountant and owned a flower shop.[6][7] He began martial arts at the age of ten, enrolled by his father in a Shotokan karate school. His styles consist of kickboxing, Shotokan karate, Muay Thai, and taekwondo.[8] He eventually earned his black belt in karate,[9] later winning the European Karate Association’s middleweight championship in a stunning upset versus the former champion Michael J. Heming[8] (although he has claimed that he was “twice world champion”wink.[10] He started lifting weights to improve his physique, which eventually led to a Mr. Belgium bodybuilding title.[2]

At the age of 16 he took up ballet, which he studied for five years. According to Van Damme, ballet “is an art, but it’s also one of the most difficult sports. If you can survive a ballet workout, you can survive a workout in any other sport.“[11] In the French-speaking world, Van Damme is well known for the picaresque aphorisms that he delivers on a wide range of topics (personal well-being, the environment, etc.) in a sort of Zen franglais.[12] Most iconic and often quoted was his repeated use of the English word aware during an interview for a French channel, to convey the notion of self-awareness as a key to success.

After the filming of the 1998 movie Knock Off, Van Damme was diagnosed with rapid cycling bi-polar disorder after becoming suicidal and started treatment on the bi-polar medication sodium valproate to stabilize his mood. [13]

In a 2009 interview in the British newspaper The Sun, promoting his film JCVD (of which Time magazine said “He deserves not a black belt, but an Oscar®"wink, Van Damme indicated he experienced a period of homelessness “sleeping on the street and starving in L.A.“[14]

Van Damme has been married five times, including two marriages with bodybuilder and fitness competitor Gladys Portugues. Van Damme has three children: Kristopher (born 1987), Bianca (born 1990), and Nicholas (born 1995).

Who said anything of Jet-Li being better than Bruce Lee in terms of martial arts? Read before you write,
it might give you something to do on Friday night.
