We are talking about TOONS. There are plot holes in Jenny’s cartoon as much as in PPG!
Prove because you seem to have not watch much of Jenny. Name some. Jenny never shown to have gotten weaker nor slower than the PPG she rather shown that she got stronger and faster.
Her being manhandled by those girls with the diamond suits(or something like that). Those were humans with no training. She should have blitzed them even if their suits are faster than her- since their reaction speeds should by all means be human.
If we go by that feat, PPGs crush her in speed.
...by containment, and what’s SHOWN, and also since we go by the topic description...we use DBZ...
not only this, but think of it....she’s taking on more than one person at a time...the PPG and RRB are 6 ppl.....and dont forget about the PPG’s power to multiply...so she’s fighting what, 42 total? provided the RRB do it too...adn then, DBZ.......

She is an emotional robot...But not when in a serious fight.
If she is up against the entire Channel, she gets realitywarped out of existance by one of several realitywarpers on CNs side, while being unable to attack the RWs because she’s being attacked by far too many people that can at least match her or hold her back.
Heck, CN-verse beats the entire Nickverse if we ban omnipotents.
