Depends on which spiderman; If it’s Cosmic Spider man he takes it, IF it’s however street level Spiderman despite Clark’s incompetence he should be able to win with little difficulty.
Wait, so your facing Clark Kent against Spiderman? Why don’t you face Clark Kent against Peter Parker? That would make more sense. As it stands your basically crippling Superman, not letting him use any powers and putting him against a fully powered up Spiderman.
