Could Naruto be taught how to use ki by Goku?

Gohan taught videl how to fly,which requires ki usage.

I don’t see why not; don’t think he will get anywhere near as powerful as goku though.

those people that use the peacock thing around episodes 170 of naruto use big purple wings to fly from their chakra. Some star fell to earth and made everyone sick but gave them powerful chakra.
