Anyway, Saiyuki Goku is only Vegeta saga level currently, but the beauty is that he’s immortal. DB Goku, even at his strongest, cannot beat/kill Goku without kameha or Genki Dama.

So, would Saiyuki Goku be considered evil? If so, that’s the only way the Genki Dama will work. It only works on those with evil in their hearts.

Then again, there’s that punch that he laid onto King Piccolo back in DB. That could cause some damage as well.
