The first one is super tengen toppa gurren lagann. The second one is Satan by the way, this just a probability. According to powerlevels mentioned in Bastard!! (they have something similar like in dbz but with diff. numbers) It is possible that Uriel was stronger than Satan. In other words DS is an obvious galaxy buster. Other fact is that hell is inside black abyss. Black abyss is a super massive black hole. And it is so big that covers an immense part of the galaxy.
During Uriel vs DS they destroyed the hell as a side effect. This fact is like something that actually proves the powers of DS. Also it is important to mention that Uriel grew 130 times in power and size. This was indicated by a machine of some dudes.

Satan’s pretty badass. I need to read Bastard!! sometime. One Manga has it, but not the redux edition.
