getting speared by aquaman doesnt make u a weakling moses , and your ignoring the fact that in your scan he was crushing martin manhunters skull like a egg , which is a great show of his strength, as martin manhunter is on par with people like cap marvel and wonderwoman ect . Maybe despero doesnt have super speed , anyone know if he can fly? if thats the case maybe this would be a more even fight then people are suggesting , despero may have alot of offensive power , but can he take piccolos high end ki blasts? has he even been hit with that kind of energy attack before?at this point i still think despero holds the advantage though

despero has the strength durability and stamina.

piccolo may blast him but it’s just going to make him madder. when piccolo less expect it despero can uses telekinetic blast or even take over piccolo’s body

Piccolo is the obvious favorite in this fight, you’d have to be a total mental defunct to think otherwise.

Despero can fly, yes. And if you think he doesn’t have speed, observe him flying past the moon into the earth in an instant:

And just at what point did Despero lose his ability to control minds? It wouldn’t matter if Piccolo were twice as powerful as Despero, he has absolutely no defense against a mind rape. None. You cannot say that is not a factor, because it absolutely is. In the same way you are saying Piccolo could dominate Despero physically, Despero could do the same to him mentally. You cannot ignore that, and that’s even if Despero did not prove a credible physical threat as well.

Piccolo loses. You cannot simply disregard an entire power set that Despero has.

Traveling and battle speed is different when it comes to DC or Marvel.

Dbz, traveling and battle speed is one and the same. Different universe, different set of laws.

I think you are mistaken. For the most part, DC and Marvel are a bit slower, granted, but at times fights do take place at a faster pace, so the same rules apply. Speed blitzes are no strangers to DC and Marvel, it’s just DC and Marvel like to have their characters talk while fighting, and often slow the action down, for whatever reason. People like Superman are fully capable of fast combat.

You’re misunderstanding what happened on Namek if you think he destroyed it with his sheer power. It’s not what happened.


He also didn’t “take” the explosion. His body was severely maimed, and he required several artificial organs to live. I guess Anakin took the loss of his limbs and the burninating from Obi-Wan, too. And Vilgax totally took that Nuke. And Cyborg Superman took that Guardian blast that destroyed the
Anti-Monitor.

Yes but the characters get 1000s of times above Frieza. And he destroyed Namek with his sheer Death Ball uh-huh.

You’re going to have to prove to me that they are thousands of times better than Frieza, especially Piccolo...He got another power up after Namek...when, exactly? Granted, it has been a while since I watched it, but Piccolo, and the humans get left in the dust by the Saiyans/half-Saiyans and the consecutive bad guys from that point on. They keep training, and I wouldn’t say they don’t get any better at all, but they’re not even close to the same level as even Cell.

On top of that, no, the Death Ball did not destroy the entire planet. Granted, it’s pretty impressive drilling to the center of a planet, but that’s all his Death Ball did. It messed up Namek’s core, and the planet self destructed after that.


On top of that, it was not some little palm blast, or finger blast, as it is being toted. Frieza says he had to use his max power to do that, and he visibly gathered his energy and strength to set the bomb off. You honestly think they go around spamming those things? He barely had enough to keep fighting Goku after only using it once. These guys, despite popular belief, don’t go around blasting planet shattering energy from their hands willy nilly. Even Kid Buu had to charge up for some time to generate that kind of blast, and Goku himself, arguably the most powerful hero of the show, needs the help of absolutely everyone on the planet to even match it.

So, once again, PPOR these planet destroying palm blasts that are so pervasive throughout the series. I’d love to see them.
