Hmm....Dio would have to be extremely crafty. I think he could damage Piccolo with his attacks. And again, his time stop gives him a massive edge. He COULD win, but, he would have to avoid getting hit. Which he should be able to do. IIRC, Dio is able to fly, quite well actually. It’s those ki blasts that I’m worried about though. Dio can regenerate but I don’t know if he can do it to that extent. But again, with his time stop he should be fine.
