I’m not wanking in the least bit. I just know the obvious outcome of this battle. In character Kenshiro isn’t going to use Musou Tensei right off the bat. Dio on the other hand WILL stop time, that’s in his character to do it without warning. Out of character Kenny activates Musou Tensei, but once Dio stops time it cancels out his Musou Tensei.
