Yeah, Kid and Law reacted to plenty of cannonballs and other artillery fire from the marines. We already know Luffy does. The guy took out a gun and shot it at Zoro (who was right in front of him), who dodged the bullet and was about to strike, meaning he was already moving fast enough to dodge bullets at point blank range. Bonney stopped him before he could get there meaning her speed is at least fast enough to dodge bullets herself.

Human swing like that at least can go up to 30m/s but Yondaime save Kakashi’s ass in blink of an eye... in range more than 300 meters.

Kakashi was blown away from Kakuzu attacks. But when Kakuzu attacks Shikamaru and Chouji, Kakashi block that attacks. As you know that arrow can go up to 100m/s (at VERY maximum) but for average can go up to 60m/s. Shikamaru could block arrow at such speed. But he didnt react to Kakuzu attacks but Kakashi save his ass at range about 100m/s.

Question; How fast this Kakashi speed?

Sasuke survive from Deidara C2 and Jibaku Tensei explosion, in order to avoid such blast you need at least lighting speed and light speed attacks(this is for Madara too).

Questions: How fast this Sasuke in order to perform hand seal in such speed action???

First of all, I was just making a point in explaining that there are other fast supernovas. I don’t know what Kakashi or Minato have to do with this topic, considering neither of them are in this fight. Maybe you should spend your time arguing points more relevant to the debate?.....But anyway definitely don’t use Minato to try to put Naruto on OP’s level of speed. Not only is he dead, but he was WAAAY faster than anybody else that has ever been in Naruto. Him being fast doesn’t make anyone else fast, cause no one in Naruto was ever touching him in speed. Kakashi’s speed is also irrelevant since he’s not in this fight either .....Sasuke’s hand sealing speed has nothing to do with the speed of his attacks or his movement speed. I don’t really even see him using hand seals most of the time now. Doesn’t mean he or the attack moves just as fast. Naruto is outclassed in speed by OP, and Sasuke’s speed isn’t matching most of the Nova’s. Lighting and light speed attacks to dodge C2 and Jibaku Tensei?! LMAO. While I agree that he’s at least faster than Kuro, Kuro showed up very early in one piece and was easily trashed by a Luffy that wouldn’t even beat current Ussopp. Kuro is low-tier, one of the weaker characters in one piece now, Kakashi is one of the stronger, more well known characters in Naruto. The fact that you’re comparing their speeds when there are obviously SO many people stronger and faster than Kuro in One Piece now just goes to show how they compare as a verse. Personally I think Kakashi is even faster than that. He supposedly split a lighting bolt with his chidori before it him him which means he couldn’t possibly be that slow. Not... I put Kakashi and Minato in terms of speed. So I used them... Sasuke also has shunshin just like Minato and Raikage even faster than him... I’m not saying Raikage is Lighting speed but moving faster than Bullets...???

The reason I’m using Kakashi is bcoz Itachi even faster than him... not just in movement but also hand seal.

Only person still alive to really even show more feats from the Akatsuki are Kisame and Madara. Madara sucks until he gets the ten-tailed beast (if he gets the ten tailed beast), and Kisame will show his true abilities very soon. Although, Kisame wouldn’t chakra to absorb and thus will be less effective than he is in the naruto verse. Based on what we’ve seen so far (and probably period), Novas win.
