Although they appear to be giant humanoid robots, the Evas are actually cyborgs, integrating a mostly biological being with a substantial mechanical infrastructure and flexible polymer sheathing and armor plating. But like the Angels, their real defense is the Absolute Terror Field or AT Field for short. AT Fields are almost invulnerable to conventional weaponry, but can be neutralized by deploying an opposing AT Field, allowing the Evas to fight the Angels with greater effectiveness than the conventional army.
AT Field:
AT Field is short for “Absolute Terror Field." While in the series the characters always refer to it as “AT Field," the opening credits show the complete expression. It has also been shown once in Death and Rebirth during the flashbacks, and in various documents like the Red Cross Book.
At the beginning of the series, the AT Field is shown as a barrier that the Angels can erect, which is impervious to almost all conventional weapons. The N² bomb can penetrate the AT Fields of some Angels, causing moderate damage that can be regenerated in a matter of hours or days, depending on the Angel in question. Certain Angels are completely unaffected by N² bombs. The Evas can also generate their own AT Fields, and can use them to neutralize the Angels' AT Fields through destructive interference.

Technical and Historical Notes
Before there were five Gundams, there was only one - and it existed strictly on paper. It was AC 180 - fifteen years before they would send their own respective custom-built Gundams to wage guerilla warfare on Earth - and the five eccentric scientists Doctor J, Professor G, Instructor H, Doktor S and Master O, had just completed designing the first mobile suit of that era, the OZ-00MS Tallgeese. Seeing their work being put to oppressive use in the form of mass-produced Leos - and spawned by the assassination of space colony political leader Heero Yuy - the five scientists decided to design their own mobile suit which could overpower OZ’s forces. This mobile suit was the XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Zero, and it was a design to truly be feared. In addition to being extremely maneuverable, it sported Gatling-like machine cannons, beam sabers, and an extremely powerful twin buster rifle, capable of wiping out entire groups of mobile suits in a single shot.
However, one more factor put the Wing Zero above everything else: the cockpit’s “Zero System," which allowed the pilot’s mind to interface directly with the Gundam’s combat computer. Although the exact nature of the Zero System’s operation is unclear, it appeared to operate by “sampling” the pilot’s thoughts and, combining them with current combat data, presented the pilot with various alternate outcomes. Thus, depending on the pilot’s mood, the Zero System could tell him/her how to achieve total victory... or decisive defeat. Nevertheless, the mental stresses the Zero System would place on the pilot would be too great for any ordinary human to handle, and even the five mad scientists saw the dangerous turn their work was taking. And thus, the Wing Gundam Zero project was shelved. A copy of the plans went with each of the five scientists when they broke up and went underground to pursue their own individual plans for revolution against OZ. The Wing Zero design would serve as a base model for the five Gundams that would actually be built and sent to Earth.
In AC 195, unfortunate circumstances placed Gundam Sandrock pilot Quatre Raberba Winner in space without a Gundam, with a dead father, and with enemies of the very space colonists he was fighting to free. Wracked by a serious mental imbalance, Quatre discovered the abandoned work of the five scientists, and he built the Wing Zero. Mindless of its dangerous Zero System, Quatre took off to destroy anyone and everyone fighting in space. Though his mental condition was temporary, the Wing Zero’s power proved truly terrible, as Quatre used it to destroy an entire space colony. After that, the Wing Gundam Zero would pass from one pilot to another until it landed in the hands of former OZ pilot Zechs Merquise, and then Gundam pilot Heero Yuy - two of the only humans known to actually master the Zero System by making use of its advantages while preventing it from driving them mad

Even with all this Considered (witch is highly impressive) the Wing 0 isn’t putting out enough power to destroy an Eva, witch stand’s at 40 meter’s being triple the size of the Wing 0 anyway.
3732 kW wouldn’t even penetrate the AT Field
The Eva are derived from the first Angel Adam who is the strongest of all the Angel’s as seen in the final Of evangelion. but as seen here man made weapon’s have no effect on even the first Angel to come for adam.

Look i dident SAY an N2 mine was a country Buster or whatever crappy ass lingo it was u spouted sir, an N2 Mine is however the most powerful weapon in the military arsenal in EVAverse and is as powerful as a Nuclear warhead easily.
My divine point is this Gundam Wing 0 Custom lol as it’s reffred too is shown by it’s system spec’s to have far less power than a nuclear weapon (thus it is NOT Country Busting powerful and if so whitch country theu kinda verry in size my good man)?
To be fair it’s outputting only a few thousand KW’s when most AT Field’s require million’s of KW’s to even penetrate the field never mind destroy the EVA (this is demonstrated when the whole Tokyo power grid is needed to penetrate the Fith Angel Ramiel’s AT field).
So this leave’s the Gundam’s most powerful tool the Buster Rifle utterly useless, and with it’s minimal usage it really isn’t a deciding factor in this battle a hand to hand battle would be instapwn for the overbearing and far larger EVA as it outweighs the Gundam in physical power’s of speed and strength and flexibility.
It’s only hope lie’s in the 0 System
