Nah.. As I said.. Hot enough fire will evaporate water into steam, making it useless against fire.. Really, fire is the ultimate element. It can melt earth, evaporate water, and it feeds off the air to make it more powerful..

Not if the fire is super heated.. If it is hot enough to cause flash evaporation, even an ocean of water would be evaporated.
