It’s a battle of fighting prowess, elusiveness, speed and techniques.

I’d say Frieza would have the upper-hand soley based on his training, he onced mentioned that goku was the only person to “hurt” him apart from his beloved parents.

Which leads me to believe he is highly skilled in home combat sport.

Broly is more of a reckless brawler at LSSJ, but then again he fought pretty elusively and refined against Gohan in Movie 10.

I say the fight turns out like SSJ Goku & 100% Frieza (last minutes).

freezas more experienced, more skilled, more intelligent and has far better techniques for fighting against equal oppponents like healing his wounds by transforming, and red saucer discs.

Both where heavily injured, Goku got his ass kicked by Frieza and Frieza could have died from the spirit bomb.
