Freeza destroyed a planet with one finger only and that’s in his first form. It’s in Bardock movie? well, Bardock movie is created by Akira Toriyama so we can’t say it’s non-canon.
I doubt Sailor Moon has a planet busting durability. Freeza wins.
He didn’t create it sorry and Sailor Moon fought some one who could wave a planet out of existence.
Freeza can wave planets out of existence as well. Even Vegeta when he arrived at earth could. Tell me how did Sailor Moon “win” because I’m getting a feeling of that she didn’t tank a planetary destroying blast like you incline.
Oh BTW though bardock special is non-cannon the show clips of that exact scene in cannon events meaning it happened in the storyline, Which also means sayans can live a certain amount of time in space with no support.. But i believe its only for like an hour before filling the effects

It’s canon.
“There are two Dragon Ball Z television specials, which aired as special double-length episodes during the normal course of the series. The Dragon Ball Z television specials are noteworthy in that their content (for the most part) does not contradict the manga.
Bardock - The Father of Goku contradicts the manga only in that Goku appears happy (rather than violent and bloodthirsty) at the end, and Bardock himself later appeared in a two-panel stint in the manga."

No matter what you try to prove, Frieza failing to destroy Namek in his final form supersede his effortlessness of destroying Planet Vegeta in first form.

I believe we call that contradiction.
No, it’s called holding back and he did destroy planet Vegeta in his base form. This is in the manga even.

Indeed in the manga he didn’t know how much energy it will take to destroy the planet.
