NOTE: when i say remastered i do not mean Kai i am referring to when they redubbed the series with its original dragonball-ish audio and when i say original i am refrring to when they aired dragonball z on toonami for the first time with their own audio and original voice actors

i feel nostalgic so i don’t know whether i should watch the remastered because its longer, and more uncut
or the original because the funimation audio added was amazing IMO and Chris Sabat wasn’t doing 90% of the voices

what do you guys think?

There’s only one original and that’s the japanese dub. I hate to say this but there seems to be a lot of posers around here.

The original Toonami dub is awesome. Also, the original Japanese is good as well, but the newer English versions lack that character and charm that the Toonami version had. Especially Vegeta and Piccolo.

Well there is no Toonami dub only funimation dub and that is the best out of the english dubs.. The japanese is the only true original dub.

I dislike the Japanese voices, particularly fo Goku.
Can’t say i like the English ones all that much either though. I’m more for the Manga

english dubbed kai - fucking excellent.
original japanese dbz - would be as good as dubbed kai if not for unbearable filler
japanese kai - actors arent as good but still good.
remastered funi - decent picture but some voices are annoying, gohan mainly and sometimes goku.
ocean - good in parts but horrendous with most voices sounding like fags.
