galactus erased a universe and he basically is a god. he can change the size of anything and can create life forms out of nothing. he can also create impenetrable shields.
the only thing unicron has done is eat a planet.

Unicron wins this 6/10 times to Galactus if it is current Unicron with the other four times being chalked up to the UN for Galactus.

If were using pre-imprisoned Unicron then he wins 10/10 times. I mean come on he slept though the big bang ^^
