No, but they get all their Psyonic abilitys from books and such.

Ghosts also can be cloked while firing this. Though Spartans motion detector could still find them, its range is 15 meters. Im sure the Ghost can fire from a farther distance.

Also, Ghosts have a snipe mode on their gun that allows them to kill armored infantry. (it goes through Neosteel which has been proven to be stronger than Titaneum A.) His shield shouldn’t hold it off due to his weakness to sniper rounds such as The UNSC’s gun.
