I have several doubts about that list since the put they Chousins and Lord of Nightmares out of omnipotents...

Also anti-spirals are near omnipotent.... so...

Also Arceus is stronger than Giorno, Anti Spirals.... something that Mike does not agree.

Yes, GER is a universal stand that resets your actions back to zero. That’s why GER is even stronger than DBZ even though Giorno Giovanna himself isn’t physically stronger than DBZ. o_O
