lighthawk wings only stop physical attacks my man. i had this battle already with ppl who thought they could beat the celestials. now the problem with this is the phoenix can destroy the universe by blinking like she did to the old universe(in which she saved galactus and shot him thru the big bang) and spawn was just given power over michael and lucifer by god. different levels of omnipotence doesn’t clearly mean you win. galactus has been called omnipotent since thruout the universe and earth his power is unchallenged(like the in betweener told him), but when faced with an equal(like the inbetweener was) his omnipotence was null(which is why they couldn’t kill each other). to people like this the living tribunal is their judge with god being their omnipotence. it will be a good fight

What makes you think that? Their is are several of fighters that can solo the Tenchiverse and Tenchi can’t control his god form for long. Dark Phoenix and Spawn would win this with some effort since the Light Hawk Wings are deadly and Z is at masstive light speed.

What the hell are you talking about, the Living Tribunal’s bio confirm that he’s omnipotent. He’s not the most powerful being in Marvel. Are you arguing whether or not Marvel is right when it comes to their own work?

The fact remains, there are not different levels of Omnipotence. Just Omnipotent no more no less. Now there are different levels of Nigh Omnipotence.

“Nigh Omnipotence” that’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard in a long time. That’s like saying “near infinity” there is no “near infinity” simply that which infinite and that which isn’t (finite).

I also believe that Marvel has brought up the issue of levels of infinity — so there are definitely levels of omnipotence. I saw it on another forum, I’ll look if I can find it so that I can link it.

Well I think there is different levels to SOME degree. There are Universal omnipotents(Like Widdershin would have became in TOTWRM) and there is omnipotents like pre retcon beyonder.

Widdershin would be able to do anything if he had won in HIS universe. Pre Retcon Beyonder does whatever he wants in any universe.

Spawn and Dark Phoenix are nigh omnipotent while Mother and One Above All are the only omnipotents in Image and Marvel. Phoenix,Green, Dark and White are aspects of the divine that is why marvel tied her to the Tree of life to underline her divinity. God Spawn steal up the gates to Heaven & Hell, put GOd & Satan into another world and created a New Earth by bring everyone back to life.

Dark Phoenix kick Galactus ass twice and try to destroy the whole universe starting with the Earth. Phoenix & Spawn would able to win this for sure.

Omnipotent is omnipotent. End of story. Other than that, if we’re using Kami Tenchi, the should be outlawed from this debate since he’s omnipotent, or this is just another rape thread that needs to be locked post haste.

By the Living Tribunal’s own words, he who exceed the power of the infinity gems proclaimed Warlock to have reached a state of omnipotence.

You better have some good evidence if you’re going to go against what’s said in the comics.

There is no such thing as nigh omnipotence. Either you’re omnipotent or you’re not.
Galactus' level of omnipotence is greater than that of Beyonder, cube beings aren’t of the level of Celestials. Galactus is.

There can only be one omnipotent being in a specific fictional venue. Having more than one omnipotent being per fictional venue goes against the definition of omnipotent.

The Living Tribunal is not omnipotent because there are beings that can defeat him.
