Goku (All SSJ) vs Hulk (WWH)

Sorry in advance for the wall of text. Only read the first few pages so dont know if this will help much.
A little DBZ history before i say the winner. Vegeta at level 18 000 destroyed a world with very little effort. Freza dont know exact power level but less 500 000 destroyed a planet with the power from his finger.
Vegeta in ssj1 form was destroyin asteriods the size of earth for training
Goku at his strongest was literally 100 000 000 000 000 power level give or take a trillion. Goku has survived Universe destroyers as well. Power level to some degree is the amount of energy in someone so if goku concentrates all of his energy on the hulk... There has been alot of inconsistancies in both Universes but goku in all honestly has the power to finish this off fairly quikcly, though Goku being the arrogant guy he is would drag it on for the fun of a fight and let the hulk get enough power to pwn but if Goku speed bilts and keeps on destroying every particle of the hulk he pwns. Not being Biased i know the history of both characters and what there capble of.

Power level scaling.

Vegeta destroyed a planet in anime fillers. Canon is only allowed unless specified otherwise. And since when has Goku survived universe destroyers?
