Super Sonic can survive anything that’s not using the power of the master Emerald. Dragonball characters have never been shown to be able to destroy planets with physical strength, just Ki. Also Solaris is more powerful than every form of Buu,Cell, and Freeza combined.

Give Sonic a Chaos Emerald, whether it’s a real or fake one and he can use Chaos Control all he wants. Rings are just gameplay mechanics. No one ever has or uses any in the cutscenes, Sonic and Shadow spamed Chaos Control in their fight against each other, Sonic can teleport too, and if you are going to use anything with GT, Fillers, or any movies then I can use Archie Sonic who can basically think Goku out of existence.

If Goku fired a kamehameha wave or krillin used a destructo disk at Sonic, and Sonic used Chaos Control to freeze time, then nothing would be able to move aside from Sonic. IT’s too fast. If he was in the middle of warping - Sonic can’t get him since he doesn’t control the 5th dimension. Goku wins.

Sure Goku could defeat regular Sonic, but Super Sonic would win. Sonic in his trnasformed states has defeated Gods far more powerful that those crappy Kais in DBZ. Nothing in Dragonball could destroy the universe. Solaris and Alf Layla-wa Layla could destroy existence.

Also if you want to count non-canon Mammoth Mogul and Enerjak are far far more powerful than Omega Shenron. They are both omnipotent.

Sure Sonic MIGHT beat BASE Goku but SSJ alone would be MUCH MORE THAN ENOUGH. Super Sonic hasn’t done ANYTHING that would do Goku proud. His best feat places him with Goku’s PL of 300 in the beggining of Z.
