No he doesn’t really got to concentrate all that much. Though it might take alot of energy releasing that FP Kamehameha. I don’t think teleporting while firing an attack will really take alot of energy. He was concentrating, at a very weak condition, in base form on the Super Spirit bomb and was teleporting out of the way of Buu’s attack, well that may have been filler but I was thinking this kamehameha thing would be similar to the teleporting fusion trick Goku and Vegeta did in GT, I relize that isn’t canon but I think it falls into the realm of feasiability for Goku to be able to do.
