Norse whoops some Greek ass!

Besides, the Greeks would be too busy sleeping with their own relatives to notice they were about to get the shit kicked out of them.

You do realize they are still able to die from the forces of nature right? Poseiden should be able to kill people like Thor and such. Greek Gods are immortal. Norse Gods are not.

Then Greeks take home the win IMO.

Yeah I thought the Greeks won too, but this can be a fight on whatever grounds you want. Like a straight up fight or a war that goes on.

Anyway, there are some strong Norse gods and creatures(The Serpent Jörmungandr is pretty tough)

While they may be immortal they can still be contained/beaten in some form. Remember Prometheius is eaten apart everyday and then he regenerates only to be eaten alive the next day. In Greek myth.

The Norse Gods may not be immortal, but who says this had to be a fight to the death?

Thor, the Norse thunder god, was strong enough to lift Jörmungandr. He also easily and often slayed giants with his Mjöllnir (his magical hammer)

Odin is the god of wisdom, war, battle, and death, and also magic, poetry, prophecy, victory, and the hunt. So almost half other the main Greek pantheon is represented by a single Norse god, Odin. He is the most powerful magic user and is also capable of going to any place and time they can conceive. Odin has ALL knowledge thanks to his ravens Thought and Memory, combined with him trading his eye for the knowledge of magic and runes, and then hung himself from the World Tree to gain all the wisdom to use them. Odin also made the Midgard, the entire human world himself made from the body parts of a single frost giant. Odin then also created Asgard, the world of the gods.

It seems like Odin might be able to solo the Greek Pantheon actually...

The norse also get the Valkyries and the Einherjar (the warrior’s that died in battle gloriously and ascend to Valhalla.)

Thor couldn’t lift him. Are you referring to the time he was disguised as a cat? Because he could only get one paw up off the ground.

Also, Thor is nothing without his hammer, as shown when the ogres(I think?) took his hammer.

Anyway, there is Chronos(Not Zeus’s father, who is the keeper of time too) Also how are they going to stop Helios? If they were to go in to the time where the sun went Supernova they would die, and the greek Gods, being immortal would survive.

Illusion magic was created to make the Serpant appear as a kitten. Thor then lifted what he thought was only one of the kitten’s paws, but in fact he was lifting the Midgard Serpent (he just did not know it).

Thor is not useless without his hammer, His hammer was being held by Frost giants, which can only be killed by Odin and Thor’s hammer. He spent the entirety of that time without his hammer trying to get it back. He even cross-dressed to do it... which bring up another point... the Norse gods will go to truly ANY length to beat the Greeks, lol, even if it means playing off the Greeks' crazy sex drives.

Chronos (or Aeon) is only one god who can do little else. Odin seems to have all of their powers.

I’m going to say, for the sake of this debate, since there are time travelers on both sides, going back to the dawn of creation and slaying the first being/god/titan is not permissible since either side could do this (albeit Odin could probably do it faster)

Odin could unmake and remake the sun. Keep in mind that all of Odin’s world creation feats are before he gained the power of all magic... Odin is called the “All Father” for a reason ya know wink

A little bit on Thor losing his hammer.
Once, the king of the frost giants stole Thor’s hammer. He refused to give it back unless he could have Freya for his wife. The gods agreed, but then they tricked the giant. Thor dressed up as a bride and Loki as his bridesmaid, and the two of them went to the giants' hall. The giants invited them to sit down at the table, and Thor proceeded to devour all the food and drink all the mead in a most unbridal manner. Loki claimed that “Freya” hadn’t eaten in days, so excited was she about her wedding. Captivated, the giant king called for Thor’s hammer so that they could swear their marriage vows on it. Thor instantly grabbed it, ripped off his veil, and killed all the giants at the feast.

He didn’t lift the entire thing though. He couldn’t drink from the ocean or something like that and he can’t beat old age either as he was tossed asside easily by her. Posedien I’m sure can defeat Thor. Also there is Thanatos, who is the GOD of Death, sure both sides have it, but you know, eventually the greek gods will win since they are immortal. But Odin is the big problem, and I think that the Norse are outnumbered are they not?

don’t forget hercules, he was able to hold the world on his shoulders, went and survived the underworld, defeat cerberus, fougth with the gods against the giants, defeat the dragon that guards the apple of zeus.

so i see the greeks winning espicially if we had the demi-gods.
