He has 40 tons attached to his knees and arms,its alot different,and he does it in ease in ssj1,not even ssj2 or 3,he moved around 20 tons base form ease,times that by 50 in ssj he can move around with 100 tons,he definatly can LIFT it and more,so he probly can lift 200 tons.

No, 19 had his arms ripped off by Vegeta, and was killed by him. 20 had his arms ripped off by Piccolo, and was killed by 17 and 18.
Yeah, but Goku did that kind of attack to Yakon and destroyed him, and Yakon was a planet buster.
