If he leaves then he’d be disqualified. Besides, at a distance, what can he do? Shoot a missile? Use the Uni-Beam a couple of times? There is still a normal, every day man inside that suit. If Hulk gets a hold of him, he’d crush his limbs with one grab. The intense pain would greatly debillitate Iron Man.

I don’t see Iron Man doing anything to win.

Hulk ripped a car in half and used them as boxing gloves.

Still, with Iron Man being just a human inside all it takes is one good hit. Hulk, however, can keep going. His hide is tough, and he is still pretty strong.
