I’d give it to Aang, since he can now control as to when he can be in the Avatar State, and Naruto cannot control the Nine Tailed Fox. Aang would curbstomp Itachi.

its Itachi vs Aang, Itachi eye’s can kill Aang pretty much.

Tobi aka Madara control 9 tail demon fox long before it was in naruto with his eye techique.

I seen Avatar state for the ending of Avatar, pretty crazy defense/offense, but Itachi eye’s will reach him or point a finger at him

I know that. Itachi’s eye’s don’t kill. They control others, putting them into another dimension. They do not kill.
